FPSO单点系泊腿更换技术研究与应用

         

摘要

年检过程中发现渤海油田“渤海友谊号”浮式生产储油卸油装置(Floating Production Storage and Offloading, FPSO)单点系泊系统单点左右舷系泊腿存在故障,为消除油田安全隐患,需更换系泊腿。通过研究系泊腿的结构形式,初步判断故障原因,确定只更换系泊腿上半部分的工作范围;在方案可行性研究阶段,对比分析停产工期、风险及施工效率等,制定在码头更换系泊腿的基本策略;在设计系泊腿拆卸方案时,选择重型销轴开销器作为首选、金刚石绳锯机作为备用的施工方案,最终成功完成单点系泊腿的快速更换工作,使得油田停产时间比原计划缩短18 d,经济效益显著提高。该项目是解决水上软刚臂单点系泊腿故障问题的一个典型案例,涉及策略制定、施工方案设计、海上施工与油田复产、冬季施工气候窗口选择及主线辅线施工相互配合等,对类似工程的研究具有借鉴意义。%It was discovered during the annual inspection that malfunctions exist in both the port and starboard mooring legs of the single point mooring (SPM) system of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading Device ( FPSO ) BOHAI YOUYI located in BOHAI Bay. To eliminate the possibility of accident, the mooring legs need to be replaced. But it was decided to replace only the upper part of the mooring legs after the structure of the mooring legs was studied and the reasons behind malfunction were found. Then the leg removal plan was worked out, where the heavy overhead pin device was the first choice and the diamond wire saw was the alternative option. Finally, the replacement was successfully accomplished with the oil field downtime shortened by 18 days, which is proven to be highly beneficial. This project is a typical malfunction eliminating case of offshore soft yoke SPM leg, involving strategic planning, engineering design, offshore installation and oil production resumption, weather window selection for winter operation, collaboration between main and secondary lines and etc. It can be referred by similar projects.
