速度滑冰、足球运动员膝关节屈伸肌群形态与收缩效应的实验研究

摘要

以经过系统训练的14名速度滑冰运动员和足球运动员作为研究对象,通过对两个项目的运动员膝关节屈伸肌群形态及肌肉力学相关指标的测定,探讨两个项目运动员膝关节屈伸肌群形态特征与肌肉收缩效应的特点以及两者间的相关性,为速度滑冰、足球运动员身体素质的评价、训练水平的评估及科学选材和指导运动实践等提供理论指导.%In this research,the systematically trained athletes of football and skating are selected as research subjects.By means of measuring the cross-sectional area and force of knee joints'flexors and extensors,the authors study the skeletal muscle's morpho-logical and contractive characteristics as well as the inner relationship between morphology and force of the muscles,providing the theoretical leading for estimating the training level and chosing athletes scientifically,etc.
