采用多种柱层析技术,从银杏叶内生真菌Aspergillus sp.YXf3发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到5个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构分别为terreinol(1)、cyclo-(L-Leu-L-Trp) (2)、sphaeropsidin A (3)、sphaeropsidin B(4)和4-hydroxy-3-(3'-methyl-2'-butenyl) benzoic acid(5).以上化合物均为首次从银杏内生真菌中分离得到.神经氨酸酶抑制剂活性测试结果表明,化合物2和4具有较强的抑制活性,其IC50分别为4.67和3.40μM.%Five compounds were isolated from the fermentation broth of endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp.YXf3 derived from the Ginkgo biolaba leaf using several chromatographic methods.Their structures were elucidated as terreinol (1),cyclo-(L-Leu-L-Trp) (2),sphaeropsidin A (3),sphaeropsidin B (4),and 4-hydroxy-3-(3'-methyl-2'-butenyl) benzoic acid (5) by physicochemical and spectroscopic data.All of these compounds were isolated from the endophytic fungus associated with Ginkgo biolaba for the first time.Compounds 2 and 4 displayed potential neuraminidase inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 4.67 and 3.40 μM,respectively.
