海上平台主发电机燃用低闪点原油技术研究

         

摘要

为了解决南海A油田低闪点原油作为海洋平台主电站燃料的安全问题,分析了国内外主要检验机构的标准规范,研究了不同品牌发电机主机燃用低闪点原油的技术难点,从而提出了内管高压输送低闪点原油、外管隔离挥发气体的双层管原油传输技术方法,建立了从发电机原动机到传输管线、机舱再到机舱外开敞空间的三层立体保护结构:核心层抑制低闪点原油挥发,隔离泄漏源;中间层实时安全监控;外层实现自动关断和应急防火保护.该设计成果成功应用,攻克了低闪点原油作为海洋原油平台主电站燃料直接燃烧的难题,降低了海上油田开发运营成本,在海上油田开发中具有重要的现实意义.%Aiming at solving the safety issue of the low flash oil used in main power plant on offshore platform of oil field A in the South China Sea, comparative analysis of standards from different third party certification agencies are completed and technical issues of low flash crude oil for different brands of generator are studied. Then, double tube oil transmission technology is put forward with low point flash crude oil transporting through the inner pipe and the volatile gas being separated by the outer pipe. The three layer stereoscopic protection structure is constructed from the generator prime motor to the transmission line, engine room and then to the open space outside of the engine room. In the core layer, low flash point crude oil volatilization is inhibited, and leakage source is isolated; In the middle layer, real-time monitoring is performed;Automatic shut-down and emergency fire prevention system are equipped in the outer layer. This design results have been successfully applied and the problem of low flash point crude oil as the main fuel of power plant on offshore platform is overcome, which reduces the cost of development and operation in offshore oilfield, and has an important practical significance in offshore oil Field develpment.
