氮气推球吹扫在管道封闭中的应用

摘要

The cleaning and storage of abandoned pipelines are an effective way to prevent potential dangers and environmental pollution. In this paper, an abandonment of one crude oil pipeline by using pigging ball pushed by nitrogen in China is set as an example,by establishing a physical and mathematical model of the pigging ball pushed by nitrogen, the process calculation of nitrogen sweeping is done, the operating procedures and implementation steps of the nitrogen sweeping technology are introduced in detail. All this may provide some technical references for the similar engineering practice in future.%对废弃原油管道进行扫线封存是防止管道发生潜在危险和环境破坏的有效手段.以某原油长输管线氮气推球吹扫封闭工程为例,通过建立氮气推球过程的物理模型以及数学模型,进行氮气推球吹扫施工的工艺计算,并详细介绍氮气推球吹扫工艺的作业程序和实施步骤,可为今后氮气吹扫在管道封闭中的应用提供一定的技术参考.
