利用天然气回收高架罐原油挥发气技术研究

         

摘要

文章从节约能源和保护环境的需要出发,对油田高架罐原油挥发气的回收技术进行了探讨。在分析了高架罐原油挥发气的性能特点及其回收方法的要求以后,提出了通过匹配式多级喷射器利用天然气进行回收的有效途径,并结合两套系统多种工况下的试验结果,给出了以方便工程应用为准则的匹配式多级喷射器的设计管理要领:全压缩比的分配,两级时,第一级约为第二级的1.4倍;三级时,第一、二级应分别为第三级的1.8倍和1.3倍左右;设计点要选择在工作气体参数(特别是压力)范围的下限或下限附近;整套系统串联的级数以2~3级较为合适,一般不应超过4 级;在高架罐的耐压范围内,原油挥发气的压力越高对回收越有利。%From the viewpoint of saving energy and protecting environment,technique of recovering crude-volatilizing gas in overhead tank is discussed in the paper.After analyzing the properties of the crude-volatilizing gas in overhead tank and the requirements of its recovery method,an effective way of recovering by natural gas through the matched multistage ejectors is proposed and in combination with the experimental results of two sets of systems under multiple operating mode,some main points of design and management of the matched multistage ejectors are given out by taking a convenient application to engineering as the standard.They include:the distribution of full compress ratio is:the first stags is about 1.4 times as much as the second stage when there are two stages there;the first and second stages should be 1.8 and 1.3 times as much as the third stage respectively when there are three stages there;the designed point must be choosed at the lower limts of the ranges of working gas parameters (especially the pressure) or near to them;the whole system is suitable for being connected in series by 2~3 stages,not exceeding 4 stages;and within the pressure range of the overhead tank,the higher the pressure of crude-volatilizing gas,the more advantageous the recovery.
