Zinc based desulfurizer plays an important role in the dry desulfurization of gases at low temperature because of its high desulfurization degree. But it has the disadvantages of low sulfur capacity and poor regenerability. The desulfurization mechanism of zinc oxide was described here. The structure perfecting of single zinc oxide desulfurizer and active component interacting of multi-component zinc based desulfurizers were also discussed aiming at improving the sulfur capacity of desulfurizers.It was pointed out that the main trend of the future development of low temperature zinc based desulfurizer is that supported nanometer zinc based desulfurizer, mixed zinc based desulfurizer with assistant for improvement of mechanical stability and desulfurization performance.%锌基脱硫剂因其高的脱硫精度在低温干法脱硫中占据重要地位,但存在硫容低,再生能力差的缺点,针对氧化锌的脱硫机理进行了阐述,并围绕如何提高脱硫剂硫容从单组分氧化锌脱硫剂结构的完善和锌基脱硫剂活性组分间的作用两方面入手展开论述.指出了纳米氧化锌依托载体可有效利用二者优势,复合型锌基脱硫剂比氧化锌单组分脱硫剂具有更高的脱硫能力,助剂改善了脱硫剂的结构稳定性和硫化反应性能,是未来低温锌基脱硫剂发展的主流趋势.
