绕管式换热器壳侧沸腾时空泡率关联式筛选

摘要

The volume of fluid (VOF)model in ANSYS Fluent software was employed to simulate the shell-side boiling of spiral wound heat exchanger(SWHE),the void fraction results of shell-side under different working conditions were obtained and compared with some void fraction correlations. A correlation which was proposed by Chisholm was recommended to predict accurately the void fraction on the shell-side of SWHE, and the deviation range was from -15% to 0% under the heat flux, pressure, mass flux variation condition.%使用ANSYS Fluent模拟软件下的流体体积(VOF)模型对绕管式换热器壳侧烷烃冷剂沸腾过程进行数值模拟,获得壳侧流道内的空泡率计算数据,并与多个空泡率关联式计算结果相比对.结果表明,Chisholm关联式能够很好地预测壳侧沸腾时的空泡率,并且在变热流、变压力、变流率的条件下适用,其预测偏差在-15%~0%范围内.
