一种小型发电机组飞车故障分析及解决措施

摘要

Aerodyne phenomenon often sudden accident, when diesel engine after the occurrence of serious o-verspeed fault will cause serious damage to the diesel engine, due to diesel speed within a short period of time soar-ing to a high degree, causing damage to the number of moving parts, such as diesel engine crankshaft, cylinder head, piston connecting rod group, liner and so on caused damage to parts, will be scrapped the voltage of genera-tor protection module. This paper introduces a coaster failure due to triggered by excessive oil bath air filter oil fill-er, take install cut-off protecting device and a broken oil protection measures, to optimize the power unit, through the experiment, good results have been obtained.%飞车现象是突发事件，当柴油机发生飞车故障后会给柴油机带来损坏，由于柴油机的转速短时间内飞升到极高的程度，会使一些运动部件损坏，如造成曲轴、缸头、活塞连杆组、缸套等柴油机零件损坏，甚至使发电机的电压保护模块报废。本文介绍了一种因油浴式空气滤清器加注机油过量引发的飞车故障，采取加装断气保护装置和断油保护装置的措施，对发电机组进行了优化，通过试验验证取得了良好的效果。
