Slewing bearing is usually designed based on the traditional bearing theory, but the calculation parameters are determined by a large number of experimental data, therefore, the experimental directly determines the reliability and accuracy of the design calculation of the slewing bearing. In this paper, slewing bearing and its experimental techniques are introduced, then, the design proposal of a test stand for performance testing is discussed, then, the NJUT-I test system is developed. This test system includes the main body, hydraulic system, detection and control systems. The axial force, radial force and overturning moment can be imposed, and a variety of experimental projects can be carried out, such as the carrying capacity, the flexibility, the service life. It can be used for the quality inspection, performance assessment, optimization of the design, and so on. It is of great significance for our slewing bearing industry.%转盘轴承设计时通常以普通轴承理论为基础,计算参数则根据大量的实验数据来确定,因此,实验直接决定了转盘轴承设计计算的可靠性和准确性.文章结合国内外转盘轴承及其实验技术发展概况,对性能实验系统的方案进行探讨,并研制了NJUT-Ⅰ型实验系统.该实验系统主要包括结构本体、液压系统、检测和控制系统,可施加轴向力、径向力和倾覆力矩,开展转盘轴承的承载能力、运转灵活性和寿命等实验项目.可用于转盘轴承质量检验、性能评估、优化设计研究等,对我国转盘轴承行业的发展具有重要意义.
