A test system was designed under the test method of relay valve performance which was proposed based on the working principle and function of relay valve in the automobile pneumatic braking system. The system consisted mainly of industrial computer, data acquisition system, pneumatic system, exhaust system, sensors and control circuit. When the pressure regulating range was 0. 05-1. 5MPa and pressure measuring range was 0-1. 2MPa, the performance test results of relay valve showed that the pressure measuring accuracy had reached 0. 25 % , the system had high measurement precision and satisfied the design request.%通过对继动阀在汽车气制动系统的作用,以及其在气制动系统中工作原理的分析,提出了继动阀的性能测试方法,设计了继动阀的测试系统.该系统主要包括工控机、数据采集系统、气动系统、排气系统、传感器、控制电路.当气压调节范围为0.05~1.5MPa,气压测量范围为0~ 1.2MPa时,继动阀性能测试结果表明,气压测量精度可以达到0.25%,系统测试精度高,满足设计要求.
