This study was aimed to use traditional external Tibetan therapy "Dhaka" technique for reduction or stability of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in acute phase to provide evidences for the proper using of Ti-betan characteristic "Dhaka" technique . The prospective case study for self-reflection was used to compare changes of blood pressure on the first-time and second-time treatment with Tibetan therapy "Dhaka ." Clinical observation on blood pressure changes was given on 23 hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage cases in acute phase . The results showed that there were obvious differences in the reduction of systolic blood pressure in hyperten- sive cerebral hemorrhage at acute phase ( P < 0 . 05 ) . And there were no significant differences in the reduction of diastolic blood pressure . It was concluded that external Tibetan therapy "Dhaka" has obvious therapeutic ef-fect in the reduction of blood pressure in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage cases at acute phase . The early ap-plication of "Dhaka" can stabilize blood pressure to prevent second-time bleeding in order to decrease mortali-ty rate and promote hematoma absorption . Therefore , this technique has promotion value .%目的：使用藏医外治疗法“达卡”技术治疗高血压脑出血急性期血压的降低或稳定，为藏医特色“达卡”技术合理使用提供依据。方法：采用前瞻性病例观察研究，进行自身对照，比较首次藏医达卡治疗的血压变化和第2次藏医“达卡”治疗的血压变化，观察23例高血压脑出血急性期的血压变化。结果：采用藏医达卡疗法治疗高血压脑出血急性期23例，达卡技术对高血压脑出血急性期患者收缩压降低效果明显（P<0.05），舒张压降低无显著差异。结论：藏医外治技术“达卡”疗法对高血压脑出血急性期患者降低血压有显著疗效。“达卡”疗法尽早使用对患者稳定血压，防治再次出血，降低死亡率，促进血肿吸收有一定意义，有推广价值。
