王健教授辨治慢性胃炎经验

慢性胃炎系发生于胃黏膜的慢性疾病,西医以对症治疗为主,临床见效快,但易复发、不良反应多.王健教授以中医整体观念及辨证论治为指导,认为应详查病情,明确病因病机,依证化裁,治疗标本兼顾,临床疗效显著.%Chronic gastritis is a chronic diseaseoccurred in the gastric mucosa.Western medicine is mainly symptomatic treatment.The clinical results are quick,but there are many recurrences and adverse reactions.Based on the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) as well as syndrome differentiation and treatment,Professor Wang Jian believes that the disease should be examined in details.The etiology and pathogenesis of the disease should be clearly defined.The treatment should be given on both the root and the branch in TCM with remarkable clinical efficacy.
