基于WebGIS的城市综合管线系统设计与实现

摘要

With the rapid development of urban construction,the role of urban comprehensive pipeline in urban construction becomes more and more important.But the status of pipeline management cannot meet the demand of current urban construction and management because of which is lack in data,lack in currency data and so on.It is urgent to develop a comprehensive pipeline system based on modern GIS and relative information technology.It introduces such a system built for Zhenjiang city.With B/S and C/S architecture respectively,based on ArcGIS Server and .NET technology,it builds a system for urban comprehensive pipeline based on network,which can meet the needs of urban planning,urban construction and urban management.%随着城市建设的快速发展,城市综合管线在城市建设中的作用日益重要.由于历史原因,有些资料收集不全,更新慢,没有形成档案,不能反映现实情况,难以满足当前城市建设与管理需求.现代地理信息技术在一定程度上可以帮助建立一个完整性好、现势性强、功能完备的城市综合管线系统,可以在一定程度上避免上述情况.综上所述,综合采用B/S架构和C/S架构,通过ArcGIS Server和.NET核心技术开发WebGIS和桌面系统,可以建立网络化的城市综合管线系统.所建成的系统可以为城市规划部门、城市建设部门的辅助决策提供准确、全面的信息支撑.
