掺铟氧化锌纳米盘的结构表征

@@ Over the past several years,various methods have been developed for the synthesis of one-dimensional nanostructures.However,up to now,little work has been done on preparation of ZnO nanodisks,which has potential applications as building blocks in nanoscale lasers,sensors and photonic crystals[1,2].In this paper,In-doped ZnO nanodisks with dodecagon shape were successfully fabricated by thermal evaporation Zn,In2O3 and graphite powder mixture without catalyst.Figure 1 is atypical SEM image of the as-synthesized sample and EDS spectrum of an In-doped nanodisk.
