基于PIC16F877A单片机的光伏水泵系统设计

         

摘要

针对传统光伏水泵系统效率低下、生产成本较高等问题,开发了一套基于PIC16F877A单片机的光伏水泵系统.通过利用线电压实时计算反电动势方法来识别转子位置,解决了无位置传感器无刷直流电机(BLDCM)换相问题,节约系统制造成本;通过智能功率模块(IPM)驱动电机,减小控制器体积.实验结果验证了设计的正确性,且实验结果表明该系统具有效率高、成本低、体积小、重量轻、运行稳定且兼具完善的保护等优点,提出的反电动势法辨识转子位置精度高,可以在较宽转速范围内实现对BLDCM的控制.%Aiming at the problem of low efficiency and higher production costs of traditional photovoltaic water pumping system, a photovoltaic pumping system based on PIC16F877A microcontroller is designed. By using the line voltage real-time computing the back-EMF to identify the rotor position, this method solves commutation issue of brushless DC motor (BLDCM), saving manufacturing costs. What's more, this method reduces the size of the controller through the intelligent power module (IPM) which can drive the motor. The experimental results verify the correctness of the design and also indicate that the system has advantages of high efficiency, low cost, small size, light weight, stable operation as well as comprehensive protection. The proposed back-EMF method possesses the characteristic of identifying rotor position accuracy, and can control the BLDCM at a wider speed range.
