一些国家和地区宽带测速发展现状和分析

摘要

This paper studied overseas metrics and methodologies for testing broadband performance, which were led by different parties such as govern- ments, ISPs and speed testing providers. Then it an- alyzed development status of such work and com- pared their characteristics, as a reference to the progress of broadband performance test in China.%文章针对世界上一些国家和地区宽带测速工作中政府机构、互联网业务提供商以及专业测速服务商等不同主导方，研究其测速工作的测试指标和测试方法，分析国际宽带测速的发展现状，比较各种宽带测速工作的特性。对我国宽带测速工作的推进和建设具有一定的借鉴意义。
