移动互联网环境下软件商店及软件产品管理机制探讨

摘要

At present, the security situation of mo-bile App stores and softwares in China is alarming, with various security problems emerging. This article presents the regulation ideas and status of mobile App stores in China, and explores innovative regula-tion system of the mobile App stores which is suit-able for Chinese characteristics.%目前我国移动应用商店及软件领域的安全现状十分堪忧，各种安全问题层出不穷。本文试图在呈现我国电信主管部门对于移动应用领域管理现状的基础上，诠释与探究适合于我国移动应用领域的创新型管理机制。
