This paper discusses the micro power e-quipment RF automatic test system, and elaborates the system design and implementation scheme in de-tail from the aspects such as system design features, hardware composition, software architecture and ap-plication, etc. In this system, the control host com-municates with instrumentcommunication by GPIB interface, to control the test instrument for testing ac-cording to the programming instruction, completing the processing and display of test results, and auto-matically generating the test reports. Test results show that the precision of the test system is in line with the industry standard, having achieved the de-sign purpose.%本文论述了微功率设备射频自动测试系统,并从系统设计要点,硬件组成,软件体系结构及应用等方面详细阐述了系统的设计与实现方案。该系统中,控制主机通过GPIB接口与测试仪表进行通信,根据测试仪表的编程指令控制测试仪表进行测试,并完成测试结果的处理和显示,以及自动生成测试报告。测试结果显示,测试系统的精度符合行业标准,达到了设计目的。
