基于数据统计的4G网络切换自优化方法

针对4G网络的需求，基于统计学的方法提出了一种网络中切换自优化的方法。该方法可以有效提升用户切换准确性，并实现网络自优化的需求。%In this paper, a handover scheme based on statistical methods is proposed for self-optimizing net-work to meet the requirements of 4G networks. The scheme can effectively improve the user handover ac-curacy, and achieve self-optimizing network needs.
