摘要

This paper studies the technology and busi-ness on integration of WLAN and cellular network, in-cluding the integration of technology and network ar-chitecture, business model and industrial chain. Inte-gration technology focuses on the integration solutions of WLAN and cellular networks under the framework of 3GPP and WBA,involving technology, architecture and network structure; Integration business focuses on business model and industrial chain's status and trends based on HotSpot2.0/NGH.%主要研究了无线局域网和蜂窝网融合技术与业务，包括融合技术和网络架构，以及业务模式和产业链。融合技术上重点分析了3GPP 和 WBA 框架下的无线局域网和蜂窝网融合解决方案，涉及技术、架构和网络结构等；融合业务上重点分析了基于热点2.0/下一代热点的融合业务模式和产业链的现状以及发展趋势。
