新形势下我国运营商GSM网络发展策略分析与探讨

摘要

This article discussed the current situation on GSM evolution, and analyzed the impact on GSM network from mobile data traffic growth and OTT,then summarized the GSM approaches of telecom operators in China. Finally the article offered some suggestions on GSM development Strategy in the new era.%GSM网络在全球尤其是发展中国家占比仍很大，但其在发达国家和地区已开始向3G和4G加速演进。我国GSM网络规模巨大，仍是话音业务的主要承载网和中低速数据的重要承载网。我国运营商应充分调动各种手段发挥GSM网络的作用，同时也应顺应潮流，积极促进向更高层次网络的演进。
