“伪基站”设备的危害性和监管问题研究

近来，“伪基站”问题愈演愈烈，严重损害了人民群众的经济利益，影响了运营商的正常运营，且危及社会秩序的稳定。详述了“伪基站”的原理，分析了伪基站的危害，并提出一套系统、高效的预防、监管、打击伪基站犯罪的组织体系。该体系不仅适用于现有的伪基站犯罪，对未来可能出现其他的利用虚假无线网络针对手机平台的安全犯罪也有积极的预防和打击能力。%Recently, crimes based on pseudo base sta-tions have become more and more serious. Those crimes damage the interests of people severely, affect the normal operation of operators, and threaten the so-ciety stability. This article describes the principle of pseudo base stations, analyses the harms which pseudo base stations could bring, and gives an effective system which can prevent, supervise and crack down the pseudo base station crimes. And this system is not only suitable for dealing with existing pseudo base station crime, but also can used in preventing and cracking down other crimes based on the mobile platform which may appear in the future.
