建立终身职业化培训体系,创新物业管理高职教育形式——金融危机下物业管理终身职业培训体系之建立

摘要

因物业管理高职教育走出生存困境的需要，针对当前物业管理行业存在大量职后培训需求的现实，在开展物业管理高职教育服务社会的实践活动中，我们逐步树立了终身职业培训理念，提出了金融危机下物业管理终身职业培训体系的建立。%　　Due to the need of getting rid of the predicament for higher vocational education of property management, in the view of the reality that there is lots of need of on-the-job training in property management industry at present , in the process of carrying out higher vocational education serving the community, we establish the idea of lifelong vocational training gradually, and point out the establishment of lifelong training system of property management under the financial crisis.
