Environment Samples Radioactivity Measurements and Analyses

In Institute of Modern Physics we have been doing environment monitoring around the accelerator since 1957. The measured data could be used for background data of HIRFL-CSR, and after the HIRFL-CSR Project is completed, the radiation effec.t of the HIRFL-CSR to the environment could also be evaluated by the measured data. Table 1 shows the comparison of the measurement results of 2001 and 2002 to National Standard and Radioactively Level of Lanzhou.
