Control System of Electron Accelerator Progress

摘要

We have finished control system of three phase electron accelerator for energy up to 1. 5 MeV and beam power up to 450 kW. It mainly includes energy control, beam control, electron gun power writing and reading. The real-time value of current, voltage, temperature and pressure is displayed on the personal computer. Control system of three phase electron accelerator is based on PLC(Programming logic controller) -300 of SIMENSE.
