小儿腹部肿瘤的彩色多普勒超声诊断探讨

摘要

目的:探讨用彩色多普勒对小儿腹部肿瘤进行超声诊断的方法.方法:选取2010年3月-2018年3月在我院接受治疗的小儿腹部肿瘤患者60例,将其随机分为对照组和研究组各30例,研究组采用彩色多普勒对患儿进行超声诊断,对照度采用二维超声对患儿进行诊断.结果:研究组患者的诊断准确率高于对照组(P＜0.05),观察两组患者小儿腹部肿瘤的临床表现.结论:在对小儿腹部肿瘤患者进行诊断时,采彩色多普勒超声诊断能够提高对患者的检查准确率,能能好的判断肿瘤的性质,在临床上应当进一步的推广应用.%Objective:to explore the method of ultrasonic diagnosis of abdominal tumor in children with color doppler ultrasound.Methods:selection in March 2010-March 2018 in our hospital for treatment of 60 patients with pediatric abdominal tumor, its each 30 cases were randomly divided into control group and research group, the team of the children by color doppler ultrasound diagnosis, the intensity of illumination of the children by two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis.Results:the diagnostic accuracy of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05), and the clinical manifestations of abdominal tumor in children in the two groups were observed.Conclusion:on pediatric patients with abdominal tumor diagnosis, by color doppler ultrasound diagnosis can improve the inspection accuracy for the patient, can good judgment the nature of the tumor, in clinic should be further popularization and application.
