基于响应曲面法和粒子群算法的铝型材挤压模具优化设计

         

摘要

导流孔形状是导流模具设计的主要参数,对挤压产品的质量、模具寿命和挤压力有着非常重要的影响。本文以模具出口型材截面的速度均方差为目标,以导流孔的形状为设计变量,采用基于ALE算法的HYPERXTRUDE软件,结合响应曲面法和粒子群算法建立了导流孔形状优化模型并对其进行非线性优化。与优化前的结果相比,优化后型材截面上速度分布更加均匀,型材质量得到了大幅度提高。%The diversion hole shape is a key parameter in the diversion die design, which influences product quality, die life-span and extrusion load directly. In this paper, the mean-square deviation of the velocity in the cross-section of the die exit section is selected as the estimate target, and the shape of the diversion hole is considered to be the main design variable. The process is simulated using HYPERXTRUDE software, which is based on ALE algorithm. The optimization design of the diversion hole die is executed based on response surface method and Particle Swarm Optimization. In comparison with the initial scheme, the velocity distribution of the optimal section in the cross-section becomes more uniform, thus the quality of the section is improved effectively.
