数控机床对刀原理及其常见精准方法分析

         

摘要

数控机床的对刀操作是数控加工中重要而关键的环节,正确的对刀操作不但能确保工件的加工质量,还能保持刀具与数控机床的安全距离,对刀效率也与数控加工效率密切相关.文中阐述了数控加工的对刀原则和常用方法,分析了各种对刀方法的优缺点.%Tool setting of nc machine tool is an important and key link in the nc machining , and the right way of knife operation can not only ensure the workpiece processing quality , also can maintain the safe distance of cutting tools and CNC machine , and the efficiency of tool setting is also closely related to the efficiency of nc machining. In this paper , the principle of tool setting and common methods are discussed , and the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of tool setting are analyzed .
