双馈风力发电机转子开路电压测量检测结果不确定度的评定

摘要

Measurement Uncertainty refers to the change in the measurement result is not sure, characterizing an important parameter to be measured dispersible.Open circuit voltage measurement is a simple and obvious test of the double fed wind power generation type test.This paper through its open circuit voltage measurement solutions rotor identification, analysis uncertainty sources, the combined uncertainty, given uncertainty after the final report and conclusions, to provide protection for the laboratory measurements reliability.%测量不确定度是指测量结果变化的不肯定，表征着被测量分散性的重要参数。转子开路电压测量是双馈风力发电机型式试验中简单又鲜明的一项试验。本文通过其转子开路电压测量方案的确定，不确定度来源的分析，合成不确定度，最终给出不确定报告及结论，为实验室测量结果的可靠性提供保障。
