“切削温度确立及经验公式建立”的计算机辅助实验教学

             

摘要

According to the teaching experience of the course for many years, breaks the traditional teaching mode and establishes the computer aided experimental teaching of“cutting temperature establishment and empirical formula establishment”. Cutting temperature with the cutting speed, cutting depth, the relationship between the change of feed rate and cutting temperature empirical formula is an important part of University mechanical manufacturing professional metal cutting principle, but also a mechanism for students to understand and grasp the important part of the cutting mechanism, the practical application is very strong in the machine manufacturing industry. In the past, the data processing method is tedious and the accuracy is poor, the data analysis is not intuitive. Students' understanding of complex and Abstract teaching content is difficult. After the class uses Computer Assisted Instruction, effectively changed this situation, students learning interest, a substantial increase in performance.%根据多年教学经验,打破传统教学模式,总结并建立了“切削温度确立及经验公式建立”的计算机辅助实验教学。切削温度随着切削速度、切削深度、进给量变化关系的确立及切削温度经验公式建立,是大学机械制造专业金属切削原理课的重要内容,也是机械制造专业学生认识和掌握切削机理的重要环节之一。该课采用计算机辅助教学后,有效改变了以往采取的数据处理方法繁琐且准确性差,数据分析不直观,学生对复杂、抽象的教学内容理解较困难的问题,大大提高了学生的学习兴趣和学习成绩。
