产品制造工艺驱动的可重组生产线监控系统的设计与研究

     

摘要

提出一种基于产品制造工艺驱动、适用于可重组生产线的组态监控系统.采用面向对象技术,构建生产线中设备工装的图形模块库和功能模块库;建立产品制造工艺与设备工装之间的逻辑关系模型,并与相应的监控系统硬件进行封装.基于WinCC平台,开发组态可变的软件监控系统.根据产品制造工艺和设备的变化,监控软件自动调整加工设备、控制对象和组态内容,进而完成可重组生产线软件监控系统的组态和重构,文中案例对所提方法的有效性进行验证.%A configurable monitoring system, which is driven by the product processes and suitable for the Reconfigurable Manufacturing System(RMS) ,has been proposed. With object oriented technology, equipments' graphic and functional modules of the reconfigurable manufacturing line were constructed. Logical models between the product processes and the equipments, which packaged with the relevant hardware, were analyzed. Based on WinCC platform, reconfigurable monitoring system was developed. With the changing of products and processes, the monitoring system can regulate the manufacturing equipments, control objects and configuring contents automatically. Finally,the case illustrated the efficiency of the proposed method.
