利用AMESim的SCR系统尾气处理泵的优化设计与仿真研究

摘要

AMESIM是由法国Imagine公司推出的高性能建模、仿真和动态分析软件.在对SCR系统尾气处理泵(即电磁计量泵)工作原理及其运动进行理论分析的基础上,利用AMESim仿真软件对其进行了建模与仿真,并建立了SCR系统尾气处理泵的运动方程、流量方程和仿真模型.通过改变不同的参数,研究分析尾气处理泵的流量变化,使仿真结果进一步指导泵的研究和设计.%AMESIM is a high performance modeling, simulation and and dynamic analysis software from France Imagine. Based on the theoretical analysis on working principle and motion of SCR system exhaust handling pump, creates and simulate modeling in the AMESim simulation software, and establish the motion equation, flow equation and simulation model of SCR system exhaust handling pump. Through the change of different parameters, research and analysis the flow rate variation of exhaust handling pump,make the simulation results further guidance of pump design.
