运用CF-DSGZ的模内镶件注塑膜片拉胀复合热压成形数值模拟研究

         

摘要

运用编制的、基于CF-DSGZ黏弹性本构模型的、ABAQUS显式用户材料子程序,及ABAQUS软件,对某款深腔盒形塑胶件的模内镶件注塑膜片拉胀复合热压成形过程进行数值模拟研究.通过对比模拟结果及成形实验结果,验证了数值模拟的准确性.最后,采用相同方法,对某款大型、深腔笔记本塑胶盖子产品的模内镶件注塑膜片拉胀复合热压成形过程进行数值模拟,指导制定最优工艺参数并应用于实际生产,获得了较好的产品质量.%Based on CF-DSGZ viscoelastic constitutive applied to in-mould decoration, an ABAQUS explicit user material subroutine is developed to simulate the pre-drawing and air-bulging thermoforming process of a box product with deep-cavity. Comparison of simulated results and experimental data is done to validate the subroutine. Finally, finite element analysis of the pre-drawing and air-bulging thermoforming process for a In-Mould Decoration (IMD) product of a large-scale, deep-cavity notebook-cover is carried out. Optimal technological parameters obtained from simulation are applied on actual production, and high quality product has been acquired.
