采用射频识别的产品生产数据无线采集技术研究

摘要

针对实际生产环境下,生产过程难以实现精准管理的问题,采用射频识别标签标识生产线上的产品,在每个加工工位部署射频识别(RFID)读写器,自动、实时、准确和详细地获取车间产品信息.在此基础上,采用C#编程对基于RFID的产品数据采集系统进行了设计,可以通过上位机无线实时地采集产品信息并反映在监控界面上,该系统已成功应用于上海大学机器人重点实验室的生产线,取得了良好的应用效果.%Due to the fast change of real production state,production,it` s difficult to manage production process accurately. To solve this problem,RFID tags are used to identity important production objects in workshop,and RFID readers are placed at some key processing stations,so,the concrete production state data in real-time production circumstance is obtained automatically and accurately. On this basis,using C # programming RFID products based data acquisition system,production state data can be acquired in wireless way and real-time, these data are reflected in the monitoring interface. The system has been successfully applied, and satisfactory results are obtained.
