运用 FANUC 数控系统的椭圆插补指令开发

摘要

No ready-made instructions can call for elliptic processing , it should be in macro programs to achieve .Analysed all kinds of macro programs of the elliptic processing ,used the function of G code calls macros of FANUC numerical control system , developed elliptic interpolation function G 100 instructions,through the preset a elliptic processing general macros and setting ma-chine parameters ,makes the elliptical processing become so easy as arc processing ,simplifies the programming greatly ,effectively improves the machining efficiency .%对于椭圆的数控加工尚无现成的指令可以调用，须用宏程序来实现。分析总结了各类椭圆数控加工宏程序，运用FANUC数控系统的宏程序G代码调用功能，开发了椭圆插补功能指令G100，通过预置一个椭圆加工通用宏程序并设定机床参数，使椭圆的数控加工象加工圆弧一样简单方便，大大简化了程序，有效地提高了加工效率。
