Large amount of test data will be generated in the fiber optic gyroscope research and development process ,due to its long manufacturing cycle ,low productivity ,high cost ,difficult to guarantee product quality characteristics ,test data has become a key factor to affect the quality of fiber optic gyroscope .The effective correlation analysis of the test data will give an unprecedent-ed product development efficiency .Analyzed the test data characteristics of fiber optic gyroscope ,and determined the associated object of the fiber optic gyroscope test data .And gray relational data analysis methods were used to analyze data relationships in the process of development of fiber optic gyroscope ,this can help identify the main factors affecting product performance and pro-vide a basis for decision making of the fiber optic gyroscope development .%光纤陀螺产品在研制过程中会产生大量的测试数据,由于其具有制造周期长、生产效率低、成本高,以及产品质量不易保证等特点,使得测试数据成为影响光纤陀螺研发质量的关键因素。对测试数据的有效关联分析,将会在很大程度上提高企业产品研制效益。通过分析光纤陀螺测试数据特点,确定了光纤陀螺测试数据的关联对象,并采用灰色关联数据分析方法分析光纤陀螺研制过程中数据之间的关联关系,找出影响光纤陀螺性能的主要因素,为光纤陀螺研制提供决策依据。
