基于可拓工程分析法的机械设计方案决策

     

摘要

A decision-making method for mechanical design scheme based on the extension engineering analysis method was proposed.The matter element models were constructed,and the goodness of mechanical design scheme was computed by using goodness evaluation method based on correlation function calculation.Then the pros or cons were determined by comparing the goodness value of each evaluation grade.The decision model based on extension theory not only reflected the degree of importance of the individual evaluation,but also reflected the overall attributes.Finally,the practical application showed that the decision-making methods was clear,reasonable and had good feasibility and practicality.%基于可拓工程分析给出了一种机械设计方案决策方法.通过研究构建物元模型,运用在关联函数计算基础上的优度评价方法计算优度.比较每个评价等级的优度值确定待评方案的优劣.基于可拓理论的决策模型不仅能够反映单项评价指标的重要程度,而且能够全面反映设计方案的整体属性.实例证明该决策方法科学、清晰、合理,具有较好的可行性和实用性.
