轨道除沙机试验样机控制系统的开发与研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the problem of cleaning sand-covered main railway lines urgentty,in sand disaster region in our country,the PLC control system was designed on the basis of mechanical structure and hydraulic system design of test-prototype of railway sand removal vehicle with functions of collecting sand,scraping sand,transporting sand and throwing sand.Programming and debugging by the simulator installed on the computer,verified the feasibility of control principle of test-prototype.This work made a foundation of theory and implementation for developing the machine.%针对我国沙害地区埋沙铁路干线的紧急疏通问题,在具有集沙、刮沙、传沙及扬沙等功能的液压轨道除沙机试验样机的机械结构和液压系统原理设计基础上,对PLC控制系统原理图进行了设计.通过在安装有模拟器(GX-Developer)的计算机上编程与调试,验证了该样机控制原理的可行性,为开发轨道除沙机提供了理论与实施基础.
