The Finite Element Analysis (FEA) model of some special semi-trailer frame is established by shell element based on the research on common failures in the process of actual use.The stress distribution and deformation of the semi-trailer frame in bending condition,twisting condition,emergency braking condition and emergency turn condition are analyzed.The construction is updated according to the results,and the computations are cheeked.%在调研某特种半挂车实际使用过程中常见故障的基础上,建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的车架有限元分析模型,分析了该半挂车在弯曲工况、扭转工况、紧急制动工况和紧急转弯工况下的应力分布和变形情况,提出了优化改进方法,并对改进后的模型进行了进一步的验算.
