基于改进六西格玛的产品质量控制方法及其应用研究

摘要

提出基于改进的六西格玛方法并作为一种统计工具应用在产品质量改进中，六西格玛的效果在很大程度上取决于对关键工序的定义-测量-分析-改进-控制。对DH电子有限公司半导体制冷器制造工序中的喷镍工序做了当前工序能力分析，发现不足四西格玛水平，然后通过改进的六西格玛方法对该工序的质量水平进行分析并改善，以确保产品的质量合格率。%Presents an application of six sigma as a statistical tool in quality improvement of product .The effect of six sigma large-ly depends on the key processes ’ define-measure-analyze-improve-control.Take the semiconductor refrigeration manufacturing ’ s nickel spray process of the DH electronics company to make process capability analysis ,found that less than four sigma level ,and then use the improved six sigma method to analyze and improve ,to ensure the quality pass rate of the product .
