混凝土搅拌机三级斜齿轮减速器虚拟样机动力学仿真

     

摘要

将在SolidWorks中构建的混凝土搅拌机三级斜齿轮减速器的三维实体模型导入ADAMS中,建立减速器的虚拟样机模型。对虚拟样机模型施加实际约束和载荷,并在齿轮啮合处施加接触力,对各种接触参数进行设置,最后进行工作状态下的动力学仿真,得到齿轮转速及轮齿间接触力的仿真曲线,并将仿真结果与理论计算值进行了比较。不仅验证了虚拟样机模型建立的合理性,也为后续有限元分析提供了有效的边界载荷条件,使仿真分析更加具有实用价值。%Importing the 3D solid model of a three-stage helical gear reducer of concrete mixer by SolidWorks software to ADAMS , then the virtual prototype model of the reducer is established .Practical constraints and load are applied to the virtual prototype mod-el and the contact force is exerted on the gear .After setting up various contact parameters ,the dynamic simulations of the working condition are carried out .The simulation curves of gear rotation speed and tooth contact force are got ,and the simulation results are compared with the theoretical calculation values .Not only verifies the rationality of establishing virtual prototype model ,but also pro-vides the effective boundary conditions for the finite element analysis ,so the simulation analysis has more practical value .
