不规则异形零件的加工工艺研究

摘要

分析了不规则异形零件三角翼尖加工过程中的装夹和定位问题，通过对比不同的工艺方案最终确定了合理的加工工艺并进行实际生产验证，验证结果表明了加工工艺的合理性，对于解决不规则异形零件的加工问题起着关键性作用，并决定了不规则异形零件的加工成败和加工效率，也为同类不规则异形零件的生产加工提供了参考。%The delta wing tip is a irregular shaped part ,the clamping and positioning problem of the delta wing tip is analyzed .By comparing the different process ,ultimately the most reasonable for actual production process is finalized ,and the actual production is verified.Validation results indicate that ,the reasonable process plays a key role for solving the problem of irregular shaped parts processing ,determines the success or failure of irregular shaped parts machining and processing efficiency and provide a workable basis for similar irregular shaped parts production and processing .
