大型十字万向接轴参数算法及有限元分析

     

摘要

The cross universal joint on the rolling mill is of great bearing capacity ,high transmission efficiency ,big transmission torque and steady transmission.Its main failure forms include breakage of joint axle ,plastic indent ,pitting and spalling in the sur-face of axle neck.The strengths of the spindle,joint axle and fork and other parameters are calculated and verified according to the practical requirements and the finite element analysis of the stress and contact pressure of the joints is made and the satisfac -tory parameters are obtained.Adopt reasonable machining process technology to produce satisfactory spindles and apply it in prac -tical production.%轧机上的十字万向接轴具有承载能力大、传动效率高、传递力矩大和传动平稳等特点,主要失效形式为十字万向接轴的断裂、轴颈表面出现塑性压痕或点蚀剥落等.根据实际需要,对接轴、十字轴和叉头的强度等参数进行了计算和校核,对其关节进行应力和接触压力的有限元分析,得出符合要求的参数.采用合理的机械加工工艺,制造出满足条件的十字万向接轴,并应用于生产实际.
