采用CAN总线的生产现场监控系统的设计与实现

         

摘要

中小企业现场设备存在多种品牌的小型可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC),而当前各品牌PLC的通信互不开放.考虑中小企业生产数据的监测要求,利用各品牌PLC自带的编程口协议和CAN总线技术,设计PC机与多种品牌小型PLC的通信系统,并以MC68HC908GZ60微控制器为核心芯片实现.在不改变设备现状的情况下,经济地实现对各台设备的生产过程监控,达到现场管理信息化低成本改造的目标,为中小企业现场管理信息化提供了低成本解决方案.%There are many mini-PLCs of various brands applied on the field equipments for SMEs,but the communication of different brand PLCs has no interoperability.Considering the monitoring requirement of production data in SMEs,a communication system is designed among PC and different brand mini-PLCs to monitor the production process by using CAN-bus and programming port protocol owned by each PLC,and it is realized with MC68HC908GZ60 micro controller as kernel chips.Without changing the current situation of the equipments,the goal of low-cost information reform for field management is achieved,which provide a low-cost plan for SMEs to realize information reform for field management.
