妇科养荣胶囊对更年期雌性大鼠生殖内分泌的影响

摘要

目的 研究妇科养荣胶囊对更年期雌性大鼠子宫、卵巢以及体内性激素的影响.方法 选择生育1胎后的9月龄更年期雌性SD大鼠,随机分为更年期对照组,妇科养荣丸大、中、小剂量组,八珍益母丸组及戊酸雌二醇组,并选取10只青年SD大鼠作为青年对照组,分别给予相应药物,连续给药30d,观察连续给药后大鼠卵巢、子宫及体内性激素的变化.结果 妇科养荣胶囊可升高实验动物子宫指数(P<0.01)和卵巢指数(P<0.05);对实验动物有提升体内雌激素的趋势.结论 妇科养荣胶囊对更年期雌性大鼠有调节内分泌的作用.%Objective It is to study the effect of Fukeyangrong capsule on the ovary, uterus and the sexual hormone in menopausal female rats. Methods 9-month-old female SD rats after they giving one birth were regard as the menopausal rats. 54 these rats were chosen and randomly divided into menopausal control group, high, medium and low dosages of Fukeyangrong pill group, Bazhenyimu pill group and estradiol valerate group, 10 young SD rats wee chosen as young control group. All the rats in every group were treated with respective medicine for 30 days. The changes of ovary, uterus and sexual hormone after drug administration were observed. Results Fukeyangrong capsule could raise the ovary index ( P <0.05 ) and the uterus index ( P <0. 01 ), and the estrogen could also be raised by this drug, but there was no statistic significance. Conclusion Fukeyangrong capsule can regulate the sexual hormone of menopausal female rats.
