目的：观察吴银根化痰止咳汤加味治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作期的临床疗效。方法将70例慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为2组，对照组35例给予常规西医治疗，治疗组35例在对照组治疗基础上采用吴银根化痰止咳汤加味内服，疗程14 d。分别于第1，14天记录症状、体征评分，比较2组治疗效果。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组（ P＜0．05），治疗组治疗后第14天症状、体征评分均低于对照组（P均＜0．05）。结论化痰止咳汤加味能减轻慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者临床症状，提高临床疗效。%Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Huatan Zhike decoction on acute attack of chronic bronchitis .Methods 70 patients with chronic bronchitis in acute stage were randomly divided into two groups:the control group ( n=35) were treated with normal western medicine, the treatment group were treated with Huatan Zhike decoction on the ba-sis of treatment in control group.Both the treatment courses were 14 days.The scores of symptoms and signs on the first day and 14th day were recorded in both groups, and the curative effects were compared.Results The total effective rate of treat-ment group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the scores of symptoms and signs on the 14th day in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P all<0.05).Conclusion Huatan Zhike decoction can relieve clinical symptoms and signs in the patients with chronic bronchitis in acute stage, and improve clinical curative effect.
