血府逐瘀胶囊对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者氧化-抗氧化系统及血清表皮生长因子的影响

摘要

目的 观察血府逐瘀胶囊对幽门螺杆菌(H.pylori)阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)患者氧化-抗氧化系统及血清表皮生长因子(EGF)的影响.方法 将118例H.pylori阳性CAG患者随机分为观察组(59例)和对照组(59例),对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予血府逐瘀胶囊治疗,疗程12周.观察2组治疗后H.pylori转阴情况、主要临床症状体征、胃镜检查改善情况及氧化-抗氧化系统和血清表皮生长因子变化情况,并统计2组治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗后H.pylori转阴率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);2组治疗后胃脘痛、痞满、嗳气、乏力、纳差、口干口苦、舌质紫暗或瘀斑表现及胃镜检查中黏膜血管显露、黏膜呈颗粒状、黏膜皱壁变薄、黏膜色泽灰暗情况检出率均显著减少(P均＜0.05),且观察组显著少于对照组(P均＜0.05);2组治疗后血清SOD、CAT水平较治疗前显著升高而MAD、EGF显著降低(P均＜0.05),且观察组上述指标改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均＜0.05);观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05);2组治疗期间均未发现明显不良反应.结论 血府逐瘀胶囊能够改善H.pylori阳性CAG患者的临床症状及胃镜表现,清除H.pylori并提高疗效,且安全有效,其机制可能与维持患者氧化-抗氧化系统平衡并抑制EGF生成有关.%Objective It is to observe the influence of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule (XFZYC) on oxidation antioxidation system and serum epidermal growth factor (EGF) in Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) positive patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods 118 cases of positive H.pylori patients with CAG were randomly divided into observation group (n =59) and control group (n =59),the control group was given conventional treatment of Western medicine,the observation group was given XFZYC on the basis of the control group,the treatment were continued for 12 weeks.The H.pylori negative situation,the main clinical symptoms and signs,the improvement of gastroscopy,and oxidation antioxidation system and serum EGF of the two groups were observed,and the curative effect of the two groups were analyzed.Results The H.pylori negative rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);after treatment,the detection rate of epigastric pain,abdominal fullness,belching,fatigue,anorexia,dry mouth,dark purple tongue or ecchymosis,and gastroscopy mucosal vascular exposure,mucosal granular,mucosal folds thin,dark gray color mucosa were significantly reduced in the two groups (all P ＜ 0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05);the serum SOD and CAT levels were significantly increased,while MAD and EGF levels were significantly decreased in the two groups (all P ＜ 0.05),the above indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (all P ＜ 0.05);the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);there was no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion XFZYC can improve the clinical symptoms and gastroscopic manifestations of H.pylori positive patients with CAG,eradicate H.pylori,improve the curative effect,it is safe and effective,the mechanism may be related to maintaining the balance of oxidative antioxidant system and inhibiting the formation of EGF.
