隔物灸联合补肾祛寒方治疗肾虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察隔物灸联合补肾祛寒方治疗肾虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎的临床疗效.方法 将88例肾虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组44例.治疗组给予隔物灸联合补肾祛寒方治疗,对照组采用洛索洛芬钠分散片联合双醋瑞因胶囊治疗,2组均以12周为1个疗程.统计2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,观察2组治疗前后WOMAC疼痛积分、WOMAC生理功能积分、WOMAC僵硬积分、WOMAC总积分及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)变化情况.结果 治疗1个疗程后,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组WOMAC生理功能积分、WOMAC疼痛积分、WOMAC僵硬积分、WOMAC总积分及血清CRP、ESR均明显降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组均未发生严重不良反应.结论 隔物灸联合补肾祛寒方治疗肾虚寒凝型膝骨关节炎疗效显著,可明显改善关节功能,减轻炎症反应,且临床应用安全.%Objective It is to observe the curative effect of the combination of partition moxibustion and Bushen Yuhan decoction on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)with syndrome of kidney deficiency and cold conglutination.Methods Eighty-eight patients with KOA with syndrome of kidney-deficiency and cold coagulation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with partition moxi-bustion combined with Bushen Quhan decoction.The control group was treated with Loxoprofen sodium dispersible tablets and Diacerein capsules.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were evaluated in both groups.The changes of WOMAC pain scores,WOMAC physiological function scores,WOMAC stiff-ness scores,WOMAC total scores,and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and ESR were observed before and after treat-ment in the two groups.Results After one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05); WOMAC physiological function score, WOMAC pain score, WOMAC stiffness score,WOMAC total score,and serum CRP,ESR were significantly reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of each index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The combination of partition moxibustion with Bushen Quhan decoction is effective in the treatment of KOA with syndrome of kidney-deficiency and cold coagulation.It can significantly improve the joint function,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and is clinically safe.
