HPLC及主成分分析在蓝色圆珠笔油墨染料鉴别中的应用

     

摘要

运用反相高效液相色谱法对国内外不同品牌的蓝色圆珠笔油墨的组成成分进行分离分析,分析结果显示各油墨样品主要含有8种成分.以这8种成分为分析变量,运用主成分分析法对104个样品进行鉴别区分,结果发现,所有样品可以聚为四类.%The organic dyes of 104 blue ballpoint pen inks were analyzed by reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RPHPLC) with Waters 2996 PDA detector.The Waters Xterra MS C18 column 5.0μm 150mm×3.9mm were used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.010mmol/L ammonium hydrogen carbonate solution(B) at a flow rate of 0.8mL/min.The gradient elution were: 0 min(35%A, 65%B) → 12 min(25%A, 75%B) → 45min(35%A, 65%B), and the optimum detection wavelength was 580 nm.Injection volume was 10μL, and Column temperature was 25 ℃.The pattern recognition based on the principal component analysis (PCA) was applied to HPLC data of blue ballpoint pen inks.104 samples were classified into four groups according to eight organic dyes.
